Beating you is way to easy for me , however proof will be in the pudding.

I have the new Intel Core 2 Quad Processor with 4 gigs of ram and an OS that takes advantage of it.

Lets play with some transparency and see what happens

I almost forgot, a friend of mine made a video tutorial for all you MS lovers, honestly it's the best way to install Vista and has my stamp of approval

I have a $500 laptop that I bought to write papers and check e-mail abroad. It runs Vista. Today, it was lagging while running a freeware game programmed for DOS. Although it has 3 gigs of RAM, I can't have too many windows open because my video card doesn't like paying attention to more than like 4 or 5 things. Oh well. I'll be home to my 4 year old iMac soon enough.

My system sucks, even my development box at work sucks... I need to go parts shopping so I can compete. Free's boxes are always riciculous.
