I case IngSoc would not venture into CNT, I might as well try out with your ISP.
(hopefully it does not disconnect...heheh...)
But in case IngSoc does... I'd be glad to be a part of an alliance with ISP.

Anyway, CNT is still in Alpha version... hopefully beta would start this August.

Is there any official word on whether or not IngSoc will or will not be in CNT?

I believe at the moment, NONE.
If in any case CNT would be in it's beta testing,
I shall personally inquire Big Brother on that matter.

Hopefully, IngSoc would also participate in CNT.
